Iwona Wróblewska is an adjunct at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland). Her scientific interests concentrate on the interpretation of law in judicial decisions, “horizontal effect” of constitutional rights and the problems of the rule of law.
