Ylenia Maria Citino is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Public Law at LUISS Guido Carli University and a Member of the Center for Studies on Parliament (CESP). She is a Contract Professor of EU Law for the LUISS School of Government. In 2022 she was Visiting Researcher at the European Commission, DG CONNECT, and at the Center for European Law of the Maastricht University, chaired by pr. Bruno De Witte. In 2019 dr. Citino Ph.D. thesis was awarded the prize for the Best Doctoral Dissertation on Public Law by the Book Series “Sovranità, Federalismo, Diritti”, University of Insubria in partnership with Gruppo di Pisa.
Graduate in Law of Luiss Guido Carli University (110/110 cum laude), dr. Citino has a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies at SIOI, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration Studies from the French Ecole Nationale d’Administration.
