Policy Brief: Strengths and Weaknesses of EU Conditionality Regimes: The Case of Hungary

Our first policy brief captures the evolution of EU conditionality regimes linked to the 2021-2027 multi-annual financial framework and the additional Recovery and Resilience Facility. The policy brief  was authored by the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, and it provides a set of policy recommendations for EU Co-legislators and the European Commission.
