The 2nd issue of the bi-monthly RED-SPINEL Newsletter captures recent changes in the RED-SPINEL Project Governance Structure, and provides insights into the RED-SPINEL 2024 Annual Conference and the events that took place in the margins of the Conference – meeting of the International Advisory Board (IAB), Roundtable with Policymakers, Public Keynote Lecture by Dan Kelemen, and Opening Keynote Address.  In addition, the Newsletter also gives an overview of past and future RED-SPINEL activities.
